Industry Relationships

The question is often and inevitably asked "are you sponsored by...." and my answer is no. I have no contract, no brand imposed expectations, and no restrictions upon what I ride and recommend. I think that I'm exceptionally brand loyal though. I only want to ride the absolute best gear and once I've found it I don't stray.

I do, commonly, get deals on gear and extended demos but I have never accepted any discount or item in exchange for an article or promotional content. I don't do that because I don't want to be a sales cheerleader. I want whatever I'm writing about to be the gear I believe in for myself or the content to be somehow educational for others.

My Masters Degree is in Experiential Education. I have a passion for research, mentorship, and sharing my experiences for the benefit of others.
